Tom Grady

Co-Founder

CryptoLawyers.org Co-Founder Tom Grady is a lawyer, private investor, entrepreneur, philanthropist and educator.

Tom has focused on the resolution of disputes within the financial industry, as well as the creation of solutions for investor and institutional participants. This has included work in corporate governance, risk analysis, management, disclosure, accountability, transparency obligations, investment risk and return analysis and more.

Tom is the Chairman of the Florida State Board of Education, Chairman of Quest for Success and Chief Investment Strategist for PureAssets Management Co. (a family office). Grady previously served as Commissioner of the Florida Office of Financial Regulation (Florida’s banking, securities and finance regulator), President of Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (one of the largest property and casualty insurance companies in the world), member of the Florida House of Representatives and trustee on the Board of Trustees for Florida Gulf Coast University.

Tom Grady is a graduate of Florida State University, where he earned his finance degree in 1979. He then attended Duke University Law School, and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1982.

Co-Founder

Guy Burns is the Co-Founder of CryptoLawyers.org and is a nationally recognized litigator whose clients have received awards totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.

For over 20 years, Guy has been listed as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” for commercial and financial litigation, he has also been regularly named to the lists of “Florida’s Legal Elite,” “Bet the Company Trial Lawyers” and “Super Lawyers.” In addition, he has been named the “Lawyer of the Year” eight times in categories related to business, securities and financial services litigation.

Guy is a graduate of University of Missouri with a B.A. in 1970 and his Juris Doctor in 1973.
